EmailVer is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchased verification credits.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error
  • The service was unavailable for an extended period and you were unable to use purchased credits
  • You purchased credits but have not used any of them and request a refund within 7 days of purchase

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Credits that have already been used for email verification
  • Dissatisfaction with verification results (results reflect real-time email server responses)
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Use
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, reach out via our contact page with your account email, the transaction details, and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Partial Refunds

In cases where a portion of purchased credits has been used, we may issue a partial refund for the unused credits at our discretion.
