EmailVer provides email verification and list cleaning services via a web dashboard and API. We verify the deliverability and validity of email addresses submitted by our users.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Verify email addresses obtained without proper consent
• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam) using verified results
• Violate any applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise our systems
• Resell or redistribute verification results without authorization
• Upload malicious files or content

5. Credits and Payments

Verification credits are purchased in advance and are non-transferable. Credits are consumed when an email address is submitted for verification. Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated for violation of these terms.

6. Service Accuracy

While we strive for the highest accuracy, email verification results are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy due to the inherently dynamic nature of email systems. Verification results reflect the status at the time of the check.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on emailver.com are owned by EmailVer. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website or services without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmailVer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
